    Mr. Wilkinson was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Joramco in October 2017. As CEO of Joramco, Jeff leads and develops the overall strategy and business growth for the company.

    Mr. Wilkinson was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Joramco in October 2017. As CEO of Joramco, Jeff leads and develops the overall strategy and business growth for the company. He is responsible for a team of around 1000 professionals who provide industry leading aircraft maintenance and engineering solutions from their state-of-the-art facility in Amman.

    Prior to this, Jeff was CEO of Etihad Airways Engineering following the acquisition of Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies in 2014. Under his leadership, Etihad Airways Engineering won MRO Service Provider of the Year for 3 years and the Airbus Award for Top Operational Excellence for A380 2015-2016.  Additionally, it was also the first facility in the Middle East to be granted an Extended Part 21 J Design Organization Approval by EASA as well as being the first MRO in the world outside of Europe, to be deemed eligible for Production Organizational Approval under EASA Part 21G.

    Jeff has more than 25 years’ industry experience, eleven of which have been at Etihad Airways which he joined in 2006 being responsible for both the Airline PH functions CAR M/145 and AM CAR 145/21/147 for the MRO.

    Before joining Etihad, Jeff was Head of Base and Line Maintenance (BSL) for Swiss International Airlines, where he played a fundamental role in the turnaround of the company through stringent cost control and third-party customer growth.

    Jeff originates from Manchester, UK, where he began his career with BAE Systems as an apprentice airframe engineer. He then went on to become a structural modification specialist for some of the world’s biggest engineering companies, notably KLM and SIAEC.

  • Abdelmalek Murad
    Chief Operations Officer

    Mr. Abdelmalek has 27 years of diversified aviation experience since graduating from the University of Southampton in 1991 with a first class (honors) aeronautical engineering degree.

    Mr. Abdelmalek has 27 years of diversified aviation experience since graduating from the University of Southampton in 1991 with a first class (honors) aeronautical engineering degree.

    He has occupied various positions in aircraft maintenance, quality assurance, development engineering and airworthiness positions, most notably with Royal Jordanian Air Force, Parker Hannifin Corporation, Royal Jordanian, Etihad Airways and Gulf Air.

    Abdelmalek has demonstrated experience in leading major organizational operational changes, in recent years he has led the successful establishment of the first in-house Engineering Department at Gulf Air after more than 2 decades of outsourcing to third party MROs.

    Additionally, he has managed a number of performance optimization projects, most recently though the development of Gulf Air production control function that has contributed to more than 15% improvement in maintenance efficiency utilizing his previous experience in Six Sigma & Lean Quantitative Tools.

    During his long tenure with Gulf Air, he has been heavily involved with internationally renowned MROs such as the likes of SR Technics, SIA Engineering and Joramco which has exposed him to various MRO best practices.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Korshlow started his career in the banking sector before joining the Financial Department at Joramco in 2006, as member of credit risk management team.

    And since 2012 he has been leading the finance team as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Korshlow is responsible for all financial management aspects of the business including accounting practices, financial planning and budgeting, and also heading the IT department and related functions. As part of the Executive management team, Mr. Korshlow committed to maximizing long-term shareholder value, ensuring a balanced portfolio of growth initiatives, and maintaining the high level of integrity and transparency

    Mr. Korshlow holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting, and attended various international training courses covering Financial Analysis, and earned Certificate in IFRS (C.IFRS).

    Mr. Currie has worked in aviation for 38 years before joining Joramco in April 2018 as a Chief Commercial Officer, the last 12 years at senior executive level. Prior to taking up his current position, Fraser was CEO at Texel Air, a Bahrain based B737 cargo airline when he awarded Joramco a major transition check last year on one of Texel’s B737-300 aircraft, an experience he states was very positive.

    Fraser’s senior executive experience spans several companies including: Qualitair, Cobham PLC/FR Aviation and BAE Systems. At the start of his career, he was qualified as Licensed Engineer (B1) before moving into management positions. In terms of academic learning, Fraser studied an MBA with the Open University and his most recent experience was as part of a Senior Executive Programme at INSEAD Business School.

    Faten has cross-functional experience in Human Resources, talent management, talent acquisition and retention. She has more than 15 years of combined expertise in Organizational Development, Strategy Building and Business Plans. Prior to joining Joramco, Faten has worked in education, training and development industry. She was a managing directors at Luminus group, one of the leading educational organizations in Jordan.
     
    Faten holds of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Amman Arab University.
