The JorAMCo board of Directors has recently appointed Nick White as Chief Operating Officer; the position was newly created at JorAMCo and was a natural consequence to growth and expansion policies perused by JorAMCo over the last couple of years especially on the operational and production side of the business.

Nick white joined JorAMCo from Air Deccan (India) where he was Deputy COO, previous to that he was Operations Director at Thomsonfly.

Mr. White's track record in the industry is unblemished; his experience in aviation maintenance is well diversified. Joining the top team at JorAMCo will prove to be effective specially in the next phases of JorAMCo's implementation of the new growth and realignment strategies that were put into gear beginning of this year, strategies that will lead to enhancements of JorAMCo's competitive edge and value proposition, and will benefit from his leadership and management skills, he will significantly develop and improve the over all performance of production and operations; enabling JorAMCo to offer a better services to its customers.

JorAMCo is an independent MRO facility based in Amman, Jordan, and is majority-owned by Dubai-based Abraaj Capital, the premier investment firm specializing in private equity investment the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia region. JorAMCo capitalizes on the availability of skilled labor in Jordan, and has recently opened an EASA 147 approved academy to secure the flow of certifying engineers needed for its continuous expansion.
