JorAMCo has recently signed a maintenance agreement with the British carrier Astraeus Airlines, The agreement covers performing 4C check tasks and CPCP tasks on their Boeing 737-300, in the hope that this will be a start of a long term relationship between the two companies. Is worth mentioning that this is the second business partner for JorAMCo in the UK, and this agreement will strengthen JorAMCo's presence in the British aviation market specifically and the European market in general.

By 2004 the fleet was augmented by the addition of B757 equipment. The business model for Astraeus Airlines is to provide aircraft to other airlines on dry, damp and wet lease contracts.
