JorAMCo completes heavy 'C' check for Italy's AirOne Tue, 09 Mar 2010
Amman / Jordan. JorAMCo has successfully completed heavy maintenance work on an Italian registered Airbus A330 operated by Italy's Air One; the airline is part of Alitalia, the national Italian Airline and is based in Rome. The maintenance work performed was a heavy "C" check in addition to cabin and pylon heavy maintenance , routine and non routine work requested by the operator, Air one is another Italian operator who made the design to have their aircraft maintenance requirements performed at JorAMCo, capitalizing on JorAMCo's vast experience on the Airbus fleet. JorAMCo is a dynamic aircraft maintenance center that specializes in aircraft maintenance and component repair and overhaul covering both Airbus and Boeing aircraft. JorAMCo is an EASA and FAA approved MRO facility, and performs all levels of aircraft maintenance to a number of airlines in the Middle East, Europe and Asia. JorAMCo offers a five wide body 27,000 sqm hangar space and has built its reputation as one of the respected leaders in aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul regionally and globally. JorAMCo currently employs around 950 staff members and to maintain the workforce skills and ensure their technical proficiency established its own academy in association with Air Service Training - Perth, Scotland
